As you can tell from the picture, the smoke permeates through the meat and gives it that incredible Texas style bbq flavor. And it doesn't matter if you order the sliced brisket or the barbeque ribs, you will definitely get the smoke. Personally, the smoke-packed punch from the sliced brisket was really tasty!
